idea for fspassengers upgrade version

i know its to late now, but would it be possible in the future to be able to "hire" pilots for your aircraft.??



for example, suppose i have 4 jets

Boeing 727-200 for cargo
Boeing 737-700 for pax
Boeing 767-200 for pax
Beech B1900D for pax



each aircraft would have a full schedule attached to it with times, etc

now suppose all i want to do as the human player is just fly my B1900D but what would be fun is to be able to
"purchase" / "hire" other pilots that the program keeps track of to fly the other planes on there routes (now this would of course just be
kept track of in the program) but each flight you could monitor how well they do, etc. you could fire pilots as well,

also pilots would walk off, etc, demand more pay, etc

this could open up all sorts of possiblities

i would also like to see in the future a universal FSP web site where people could sign up and log on and sell aircraft, etc hire/fire pilots,
etc??

what do you all think?

The idea is good but would transform FsP in "airline tycoon" (wich is not)
and would need 6 more month of work.

About exchanging aicraft online the idea is good also but it would need a lot of work...

I think the universal website is a good idea, because it would allow possibly several virtaul airlines within it, with pilots working for them.
The airlines could trade planes, sell them to each to each other, trade and "sell" pilots, etc. Perhaps a super-fsp kind of program could
factor in their ratings at different airports and have them compete for PAX! But not until after release, pleeeeeease!

FSP is here to stay. Period.
It will only get bigger; so... let's think big!

I agree with Dan. Afterall it is an addon for an existing sim that is about "flying".
Starting to spread too much into other areas would make it too similar to Airline
or Airline Tycoon and that would take away from the fun of Fs2004. With FsP you
can be up and flying in only moments but there is the opertunity to be tactical
in your service prices and other areas if you want to be. This part I love, every
ten flights or so I usually look at my statistics and think "Can I make more money
here?". So there is some opertunity to be part of the core of your airline company.
This would please charter companies or any VA's a great deal.
