Two new ideas for FSPX

I thought about two ideas which could be incorporated into FSPX. First have a company setting that
will keep you from flying a flight and recording it if the departure airport is different from the previous arrival
airport. Secound have a new screen which a airline owner can view flight requests from groups that want a
charter flight and chose which one he or she will fly and FSPAX will use the request to load the aircraft and
credit your account as stated.

About the second one, the charter thing, before I settled on the airline pilot thing which should be uploaded soon, I was working on just
that. I'd be glad to share the ideas if Dan wants to put them into FSP2. Basically, you would be similar to Airline Tycoon, in that you would
view flight boards to see what people were interested in for flights. You then accept them and put them into your scheduler, which tracks
them by order and time so that, if you skip a flight or mis-schedule so that another flight will leave before you can get there, you'll be
penalized both in income and in reputation.

Then there's other stuff like hiring an assistant so you can make schedule changes while away from your base, hotel charges for
overnight stays away from base, a sales department that will get you better flights and marketing which will also widen your grasp. Then
there's always corporate contracts to sign, etc. etc. etc.

That might be a nice addition, like an option similar to Career and Financial - Charter airline.

I also had a thought of opening an FBO at your home base for extra income, building a flight school, a plane rental, etc.

You can see why I settled for the simple idea. :D And the charter idea was a downsizing of the full-blown airline simulation I had planned
on. That idea needs a complete re-work because the way I was handling data, I was generating a database somewhere in the 12GB
range! YES, GIGABYTE! That's just wrong.
