how can I add an airline hostess?

Some aircraft have no aiirline hostess and dinner and drinks can not be served.

Is there a way to add  a hostess?

Nick, Page 15 in the documentation explains this You need to go into the FsP menu settings within FSX or P3D and change the option, save it and fly. You apparently have the default option "All aircraft except light aircraft have crew". You need to change it to "All aircraft have crew". Most small aircraft will not allow hot food or movies. Generally just sandwiches and drinks.

 I looked at the manual, pages 12 thru to 17 inclusive and did not find the information.
