FSPassengersP3D -> Aircraft off runway on Touchdown, No Penalty???

I remember we used to get penalized for running off the runway either side to side or off the end in FSX FSPassengers.  I ran off the side of the runway today at a default P3D airport and was not penalized???

If you are going less than 35 knots by defult then fsp won't penalise you. I personally turn it off so I can land on grass runways
