quick question about FSP and PMDG 737

If I change the amount of people, cargo, and fuel through FS and then load up FSP that will automatcially chagne my passenger weight...
my question is when I am programing my FMC ( which I FINALLY took the time to read and understand now) what weight and fuel would I
input? the PMDG 737 weight and fuel through FS? or the FSP weight and fuel?

P.S. I did a search and could not find the answer to my question.....

LSK1 on the FMC performance screen will calculate your ZFW, if you do this after starting passenger boarding. I do it this way with the
744 also. Following through the other FMC screens will also take the revised ZFW, etc. ito account for calculating V-speeds and so on.
