Hello,
I am flying a Saab340B (Abacus payware) and encountered the following problem:
When starting the engines (autostart or manual) they spin up to maximum rpm/torque. There is no way for me to influence that!
As I have the parking brakes set, I get penalized by FSP for "setting the engines to max-power with the parking brake set"
At this moment I work around it by starting the engines when pushback is initiated and thus giving the poor tractor driver a free hairstyle
with my props.
I wonder if this happens with other turboprops as well and WHERE in the aicraft.cfg this can be addressed. There surely MUST be a
portion of this file where one can mess with the setting for engine start/power settings as OTHER aircrafts do not have this tendency !
ANY idea/hint will be very much appreciated!
TIA
Carsten
