Very nice! Did you use Photoshop?
300,000 km/sec. Its not just a good idea, its the law.

Yep

Yeah, once you've separated the bitmap texture file from the alpha channel, you can change the bitmap using any application. Photoshop would of course
be the preferred application. ![]()

I did have one question though. What's the green blob on the tail supposed to be?

Not bad. I think the globe you're using could use a nice upgrade or at least a good sharpening, something to give it some spunk. Also the V in Virtual
is very much obscured in the globe. It needs to be moved over or changed colors. The AN on the tail is plain but it works. I love the gradient on the engines, that's definitely very well executed and does well for the scheme.

Right, lets straighten things out. First of all, the only work sam did on this aircraft was adding the London 2012 logo. I repainted
everything but that. This was my first attempt at repainting and i feel it was very sucessful, the fade on the engines is a custom made using one of the functions on PhotoShop, as with the logos. These were created on CorelDraw with my own original ideas. I am aware of the problems with the tail logo but this was the first part of the aircraft i created and after the several hours i shoveled into the completed product lazyness kicked in and it was a "put up and shut up" job. I find creating the repaint on photoshop, saving as a targa file, then open this using freeware program called "DXTBMP" convert into a 32- bit file and patch it all together into a working livery. The "green blob" on the tail is the north of England, but, i see what you mean. Thanks Ryan Bradley (NLE001) Join the AirNorthern Team at http://www.airnorthern.co.nr
