@All
Upon completing an online flight, may I ask you to PM me the names of the peeps you flew with? As there are currently so many participants it is getting rather difficult to determine who actually was online based on the PIREP uploads. Thanks a bunch!

I was doing a testflight today for the next leg when I got my first serious accident. A window cracked at high altitude. (fl330). I had to divert to
YCBS which was about 80nm out at the time the accident occured. Fortunately I was able to land the craft safetly. But noticed that YCBS is a nice port to land. Very aginst my chaos nature I created my first Flight-Checklist now!
I never used any checklists for flying before. But I see as more things comes together as more you will go into danger to miss the one or the other little thing that might be importand at the end as I discovered yesterday again. :/ Can someone with experience pls take a quick look at it and tell me if I have something completly wrong?: ![]() would be cool thanks. I did still not test it. But I will try it out now with the flight to AYPY that I aborted yesterday, after I run that POS A340 with blocked elevators stright into the sea. (the ANTH, speed autopilot armed, button was 'accidently' set. Don't ask me how this can block the elevator but it did. ![]() ![]() I was already 30min behind you and angry enough because FSInn crashed FS and I had to reboot my PC. After all this I didnt feel to still do the flight yesterday anymore. Not fun to fly 1 hour behind. Post Edited ( 01-07-07 16:59 )

Good check list HB
![]() Very nice Virgin A340-300 For the number of passengers on this flight the A330 was OK ![]() An important moment in the flight... And they will need it ![]() Snow by 9° South during austral summer... This mountain is really high... ![]() Time to pull the gears down ![]() And land on the gears bay... even a new A330 can have failures. ![]() We hope you enjoyed your flight ![]() ![]() ![]()

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() The plane really looks good, like it, but partly flys somewhat strange. I have to confess that I also almost didnt make it into the air the second time. Seems that the rwy at AGGH is a little short for a 90% MTOW loaded A340-300. As I say the A380 is more handy in the take off. The checklist I created worked more or less. I only need to make me confident to really stick on it! ![]() Did get light penalty (I know messed something) and pax complained to the seat belt sign on (must have overread that) during the whole flight. lol Oh byway I managed finnaly to connect to vatsim with FSInn andI flew it on vatsim for a try out but there wasnt any controllers online in that area. If you have the PSS A340, there is a merge I use for my A340 available on AVSIM to fly the Posky model with the PSS Panel which is the more complete panel for Airbus I know so far. When the runway is short, I try to tank the minimum fuel possible and just enough cargo to have a good gravity center, it can make the required difference ![]() ![]()
