Return of Direct Downloaded Goods

Has anybody successfully gotten their money back for a Direct Download product they'[ve purchased online. Im not very happy with a
rather expensive MSFS add-on and was wondering what my chances might be of a refund..

BTW. It's not FsPax i wanna return :P

Depends on the publisher i think... I never tried it in fact. Very recently i bought an add on and was very disappointed. The product itself
was ok but not for my needs and also quite different from advertised. I checked their forums and saw that some ppl were trying to get a
refund though, so i think you can at least give it a try.

I've purchased two add-ons that I wanted to return. The F-16 made for FS8 by Lago, and the Reality XP WX Radar.

Lago would NOT let me return the product at all, so now I stay away from them.

Reality XP let me return the product, however it took about 10 emails back and forth before they finally gave me a link to request a refund.
Still not great customer service, but better than Lago's.
