I'm thinking about getting this product, BUT I need to know from you guys already using it, does it interact with AI aircraft? That is, does it
control other aircraft as FS ATC does?

I looked all over their homepage but found nothing (bet I missed it) but anyway, can someone tell me IF it does? (I searched the forum as well but
found no direct answer).


And while you're at it, tell me som pros and cons with RC3

DON'T GET IT I AM HAVING MAJOR PROBLEMS WITH IT LOL ...... I am having problems with it using the Queen of the Sky so if you are planing on using it
with that plane don't get it yet till version4 comes out

I only have one payware plane and that is the PSS Dash 8 - Q300. Works like a dream, even though the FMC:s database lacks a few things, but hey....you
can't get it all?

Anyone else?

It does not interact with Ai traffic on the ground,only in the air.Also you have to watch out as if there are too many waypoints ( sorry, cannot
remember how many) it will stop working after a while. I have not used it for a while as I got sick of it freezing as I was decending to
dest.Like I said, not used it for a while so maybe they have fixed it.

So RC3 seems to be very buggy? ANy other ATC program one can use that is good (NOT VoxATC, hate it)

Yes, I know. This usually comes up EVERY time ATC is discussed. OF COURSE real online ATC is better than any simulated one, but I DID ask for a
simulated one. I used to fly over at FsTopGun before they disappeared and they also had live ATC.

Now, back to SIMULATED ATC?

It's all SIMULATED ATC...
Can't help you out much more in that department. I would however still shamlessly plug VATSIM. FSATC just can't cut it on arrival. No support for
SID/STARS at all.

The problem is that some dont have the environment to use anything else than simulated ATC and others have tried it and prefer to fly offline. Both
online ATC and offline simulated ATC has their pro's and cons... I prefer the offline simulated ATC and would also love to know what people think of
RADAR Contact V3... or if there is something better.

I actually DO fly VATSIM (Scandinavian Group) already, so no need to promote it for me :P

BUT, I'd also like a good ATC for my offline flights...
