What basis are FSP aircraft prices generated????

wat is the basis on which the aircraft are priced

does it have to do with production date and finishin date or smthng like that

i have a dash 8 that costs more than my fokker 28 and a fokker 100
i dont think this should be possible

is there anyway that it can be controlled or modified

i asked this question earlier and they said it has something to do with the weight or something and no you can't change the planes
prices. I WISH YOU COULD b/c like you say itd not fair.

Maybe you could change the weight in the aircraft.cfg before buying the plane? I have never done this, but I guess it would work.

Oops, forgot to mention. You have to change the weight back to the original one, before you start flying.

That's cheating!

That's like saying "Ooh my cessna operating air taxi service bought their first A380 yesterday for only $22,000 because we modified its weight
temporarily and then changed it back again!"

If you do it to buy cheaper planes, it's cheating all right. If you do it to get a realistic prize, it's.... well realistic. One of the cool things
about FsP, is the way the user can customize the program to fit his needs.

price are calculated by weight aircraft type , engine type and number of engine.
Most of time especially for ailriner it's not far at all from the real price. (90% from my test)
