Still confused with cargo/passengers (PMDG747)

Still confused.

Say I fill my plane half full of cargo and passengers in the PMDG loader

THEN

fill full cargo and passengers in FSP, will FSP overwrite my PMDG loadout?
If so, is there any point in using the loadout in PMDG?

And I'm not referring to fuel, I understand all about the fuel between FSP and PMDG.

Just cargo and PAX is all my interested in.

FSP will overwrite your PMDG loadout. Basically, whichever you do LAST will be the one that is current.
