Downloading FSPassenger Setup Not working

Hi,

I've had this same problem in the past when trying to download the set up installer, but gotten it to succeed after persistence and repeated attempts to download it. But
right now I can't finish downloading the executable without the download stopping in the middle. The download rate simply drops to zero at a random point in the
download and it wont start again no longer how long I wait. I must cancel the download and try again and hope it finishes. Any idea why this is happening?

Are you trying to download FsP from here or Simmarket or?
I don't see a issue from either place. Maybe your antivirus is blocking it? If you have an antivirus active, disable it and try again.
