No refueling pops up during takeoff

When running on rwy for T/O, NO REFUELING window pops up. Tthe problem is that it happens on certain flights but not every time.
Last version of FsPassengersX
FSX Acceleration
PMDG 777
weight/fuel disabled in FsPassengersX - I load fuel and payload with PMDG own system.

Every time I do the same thing, fuel/payload with PMDG FMC then programming FMC/route etc, then load FsPassengersX. So I am confused, why is this
happening from time to time(almost every time), but then, sometimes not.

Could this be resolved Dan? If you read this.

Hello,
The refueling message appears with or without FSP. This is a title within FSX ( Hints Activation) It depends on the aircraft you are using and I have had some that
indicate the need to refuel after 10% of my fuel reserve has been used. The best way to deal with this bug, is to turn off hints in FSX. Once you are familiar with the
aircraft's controls, hints are not-needed. In short, this is a bug within FSX.

Make sure you fourcse fsp not to do fuel as I had to do that as when I looked it wasn't.
