Need Help!!

Ok, I'm sure there is a posting of this already, but if someone could either tell me the link or show me where to go that would be great, but
here is what I need help with.

I am new to this so first off, what is te best way to gain points. I am in negative land right now and trying to get out of it
Second, how do you get more than one pilot to fly? Can you schedule more flights and just fly one aircraft?

1- Fly better. Read the manual and the tips and tricks thread, lots of hints. You can also do the Fs2004 lessons to polish your flying skills
2- To create a new pilot, go to Create Company and Pilot. Select the company you want and create another pilot.
3- No, you can only fly one flight at a time. You always fly the airplane. There are no AI flights/pilots for your company.

4- And probably the most important. Use the search function at the top of the forum. All your questions were discussed before.
