Plane problem (Not related to FSP)

I have a problem on all my planes! When i fly over 20,000ft the planes goes up and down it sink 800ft and goes up 800ft and the plane can just
fly 200-300knots. Somebody knows whats the problem is? Or somebody have the same problem?

What are you flying at 20,000 at 200 kts? Are you porpousing or simply climbing and diving due to wind?

When i fly on 20,000ft i can fly at normal flight speed whit no
problem. But when i climing to ovet 20,000ft i climb and
descending and climb and descending. And the passengers
oonboarbeing scared. My plane can go from 30,000ft and drop to
28,000ft and is not the wind or anything else. Its proberly the game
or something. And its happen on all my planes. And its very
annoying. Somebody know how fix


(I have the autopilot turned on and altitude holder at 30,000ft and
speed holder)

This is a good example of simming and real life pilotage bumping heads. In real life flying the pilot must update the altimeter regularly,
You should be doing the same thing when flying your desk (just hit the B button). The problem comes when using time acceleration and not
adjusting the altimeter often. The passengers don't care about time crunching, they think they really are climbing and falling at 2,000 ft per
second, My advice is to slow down or just keep tapping the B button allot.
