I try to unlock my passengerfsx with a original code. I buy the software on flightsim. Installed the
software. And by the registration i've got the next message:

FsPassengers will check your authorization online.
Attempt to Connect to website please wait...

And im waiting more than 24 hours to try again. And nothing helps. Can somebody help me. I try to
mail to sale@fspassengers.com and nobody anser my question.

I am not kidding about this but it could very well be weeks or even months to hear your answer from Dan.

Is it possible that there is only one person to answer questions ?

Dan is the only person in the "development team" of FSPassengers, and as such is the only person who is authorised to give out new product keys etc.

Dan told me that he is taking care of all sales problems. No worry but you will have to contact him using the sales email as well as flighsim
store email.

This is what I am deathly afraid of! I dont know if my code that I bought legally will work again when I re install fspassengers on my fsx after getting a
new computer!

If you recieve a valid code then it WILL work on a new computer. I have done this several times.

Yeah I definetely bought FS passengers from that flight sim store and I have the code in the account there so it better work for the 45 bucks!

I am not sure that you understand the situation. There is only one person that can fix your problem. His name is Dan. He may answer
you tonight or in two months, That is the simple truth.
