Problem with Failures

Need help. I flew a 5.5 hour flight today and as I was lowering the gear I got a co-pilot voice warning that the gear may not be down. Indeed it wasn't and I couldn't raise or lower them. I also got a fire warning shortly after that. When I landed I got all sorts of alarms and when I went to the FSPassengers Summary after the "crash landing". There were all sorts of messages about not declaring a mayday, etc.. The only problem is that I have Zero Failures in my setup. I went back to double check this, and indeed, I should be getting absolutely no failures. I also went to "Select Active Company" and see that Fixed Failure Percentage is "no (set by Option)" and Fixed Failure Level is "no (set by Option)". This is FS9. I do believe this is a FSP problem since the warnings came in the FSP voice and there were the failures listed in the Flight Summary. Thoughts? Any way to make sure this doesn't happen again? Something in the .config???? Thanks and Happy New Year.

This is the first I've heard of such a number of failures occurring with the "no failures" set, at any one time; as to what's caused it, again I'd be
in the dark as like with many things in the wonderous flight sim world, FSP may just not like a certain add-on very well and so that is causing a
conflict that manifests itself as multiple failures.

I know it's time consuming and irritating (I fly the EGLL-KSFO route as my main route, and that can take anywhere between 9.5 hrs, to 14 hours) to
replicate your last flight outside of VATSIM, and see what happens there?

Thank you for the quick reply. I've begun using Active Sky Evolution instead of Active Sky 6.5 and this was my 1st flight in to PANC (where the problems occurred) using the new Aerosoft scenery. I'm not sure how either could

trigger two failures in FSP, but you're right - strange things can happen.
