Fixed failure rate removal/editing!?!?

Hello,

I've been using FSP for a while now, and have had my failure rate over 60% (like the rush I guess), however, after a crash I resurrected my pilot and
now I can see that I have fixed failure rate of 5%, that I didn't have before this resurrection process!!!

Can anybody tell me how to reverse it? I still have my failure rate at 60% in difficulty settings, but I want to get rid of this fixed thing (that I
really never fixed)

If you are seeing 60% failure in the settings, where are you seeing the 5% failure?

Many of the small company scenarios are fixed at 5% failure rate.

When i go to company manager to select the active company, there I can see the 5% fixed failure rate. After I select the company, I go to difficulty
settings and there I put failures to 60%. But I've read that if there is a fixed failure rate, I can put failures to 100%, but they will basically
still be at 5%. Get it?
