Can't show movie if service is automatic

Hey Guys,

I love FSpassengers, and fly with it every flight. However, I use the "Service aboard is automatic" setting, and when in this, the movie does not
automatically play, or when i click "movie" nothing happens. No error nothing. Therefore I can never let the movie play with "Service aboard is
automatic."

Can somebody help me?

Is this FsP or FsPX? I have never used automatic serve, as I prefer to manually play movies and serve paxs. it's more efficient that way and I can
plan the feeding and movies depending on the length of flight.

Well I like to use the automatic feature, as it seems a bit easier, than I forget and the pax starve

Can someone help me out with this? I would really appreciate this, as it is inconvenient for me

When you have manually served food/drinks, have you also played a movie? If so, did the movie work?

Movie is not allowed in automatic for a simple reason:
It's impossible for the IA to guess the flight duration, hence you could have penalty point
because pax are disatisfied with movie not completed before landing.

Side effect: peoples that take care to manage all manually can have some more points
as reward, this is consistent, the more efforts you do the more rewards you get.

Also, some planes don't allow movies (Cessna 172, Beech Baron, etc.).

Yes, when I had it manually, it did work. In reality, is the service manual? i.e. the captain authorizes it? Or automatic?

In reallity things are planned and various peoples aboard know what they have to do and when.
Depend the crew and company instruction hostess should ask or inform the pilots but most of
time everyone expect that other know what to do and when.

You cannot reproduce that in simulators appart asking a lot of boring and complicated questions
to the users. Either you keep it simple (and friendly) but somewhat...well...simple ?
Either you ask a lot of questions to the user and then the level of complexity is infinite, and still
you'll fall short on some precise case.

A cut choice at one time.. but ...consistent for the game

Peoples that bother managing all can get get more points,and this is somewhat realist
and rewarding, I mean there is no real satisfaction to gets more point because IA have
done a good job.
