I take this forum to make clear certain things:
1 .- what I have purchased an online product (fspassenger), which, as such, is subject to regulations and consumer laws and
market
rules. For that reason I automatically becomes the "client" and you are the suppliers. If I enter to this forum is to impose
a complaint
about a product for the suppliers have sold me faulty. It is not a favor to me you are doing. I do not I have to find
anything in the forum that
has to do with any post that resembles my claim because I am the customer. I demand of you a solution for my claim is justified.
2 .- yo no debo saber quien es el productor del software, yo no debo saberlo porque no es mi negocio. Pero si es que se esta
vendiendo
un producto que no funciona o que tiene fallas, entonces estamos hablando de un delito de estafa y como tal debe de ser
supervisado
por la dependencia correspondiente.
3 .- If you are not able to attend in my complaint, then i recommend you to give me another new product (in this case a new
key), or return
me the money I've spent quite apart from the actions for legal damages in the fact that I have the right to claim.
4 .- For these reasons, I request you contact me as soon as possible and particularly to solve my problem.
