Registering the Demo version

I purchased fspassengers x a couple of months after it was released, but my hard drive died last week, resulting in me having to reinstall
fspassengers x (it was a dedicated fsx HDD). But, although I still have the unlock code I couldn't seem to find the installer, so I thought I'd just
download the demo and register that, the only thing is I can't seem to find the option to do so. In the FAQ, the screenshot shows a "Purchase and
Unlock FsPassengersX" option, except this option is not present on my computer.

Did you try to start a flight with FsPX at an airport other than KSFO to see if you get any error messages?

Thanks for your answer, I've tried this but I get the demo blabla error message, I'm quite positive it didn't register by tself using a leftover
registry entry or something, it clearly states unregistered demo if I click the "About" option.

So, this was a clean installation,eh? I guess the only thing to do is uninstall it again. Make sure the FsP folder does not remain after the uninstall
process then reboot. Install again and see what happens.

Ok will try, and yea it was a totally clean install seeing as the HDD it was previously installed on died.

Didn't change anything whatsoever, the option still isn't available for whatever reason....

Sorry I am just now getting back to you. This is indeed a strange event. Did you originally download from here when you first got FsPX or
did you download it from where you purchased FsPX?

No worries, I've been quite busy myself lately.
I originally downloaded it from where i bought it, flightsimarket. The demo I'm trying to register now was downloaded from here...
