Running out of Food

HI,
Recently I've done 2 ultra-long hauls, New York to Hong Kong as an example. During the last hour of flight, my passengers started to go very hungry. I seems like I've ran out of food supply. How do I
increase the amount of food available in the aircraft? I have auto-service on.

Having auto service on will certainly cause the flight to run out of food early. The thing to do is manually feed the paxs on long haul flights by
spacing out the times they are fed. Plan them out carefully. That's the way it is, and there is no way you can increase the number of times they are
fed on flights. You get a specific number of hot food and sandwiches, so plan accordingly.

A good thing to look at after you have fed them hot food is the number of hours until they are hungry again. Use that number until the very last
minute. Maybe you will be ok on the meals then.

Also, if you are so inclined, you can takeoff at meal time and then they won't be hungry for hours into the flight.
