Aircraft hours for available purchases are all high

Hey gents,
I think I'm brain dead since I really struggled with trying to make an understandable headline but allow me to further explain.

I recently bought the RealAir Duke B60 and when I try to purchase it the hours are always 3,000+
There is usually several to choose from but the hours are just very high and there never seem be any "New" ones in stock.

Is this constantly changed due to my flights? Meaning will it stay the same until I do a flight in another aircraft? I have tried this and
registered over 10 flights now in other aircraft owned by my company but the choices are always insane amount of hours. It's not a huge
deal but figured I'd ask and until then keep flying with the Beech Baron until I can finalllllllly buy the Duke.

Since production of this aircraft was stopped in 1983, no new planes are available. So all you will find, are second hand planes with a lot of hours
on the airframe.

Thanks for the info. I know it's out of production and did notice that within FSP Aircraft information box it stated this saying out of production
1982. I never noticed that before oddly enough and have a few aircraft no longer being built. I didn't put that to much thought since my
grand mothers car is a 74 and has less than 50k original miles ;-)
It is cool that FSP took that into consideration and think it's a plus the more that I think of it.

Quetion #2: Does the hours have any impact on maintenance costs or failure rate?

I've only made a few FsPX flights with the Duke in FSX and can't remember the exact repair costs were but I do recall it was quite low, however. I did
also find that the aircraft pulls down the frame rates on my system quite a bit,too, so I haven't flown this one in quite some time.

If you do a search for used Duke's, you see a lot that are above 3000 hours. 3K plus is probably pretty reasonable, IMHO.

Thanks, but as I mentioned it has to do with FSP, not real world. I purchased it, but was curious to whether or not it would effect the aircraft
since I bought a mooney (default) and it had a lot of miles on it, it seems to steer itself everyyyy time I'm on approach. I didn't know if this
had anything to do with the hours but see now it doesn't since I have now done about 10 FSP landings with the Duke and no
abnormalities like that and every landing is smooth as silk. For the record, and to answer part of my original question above:

The flights you do with FSP DO infact change your options for other aircraft. So if you want xxx aircraft you will see say,,, 10 available on the
market. The hours for each will not change or the amount of them that are available until you do a flight. You will see the hours change
and the number availble as well, however you might not get any lower hours and can miss an oppurtunity of getting something with less. I
finally settled for one having about 2,100 miles (I can't remember exactly).

I have yet to see any difference with it so do not think the amount of hours it has at the time of purchase has any effect. If anyone knows
differently then please post your experiences. As for me, I'll report back if I get any rock hard evidence that it does make any difference but
so far it doesn't seem to in the least (Thankfully ;-)
