Company reputation

Hi All

I have been flying 4 or 5 times now in a row, where the passenger opinion in flight says 94 % or 98 %. But when I end the flight I get a
passenger opion in the flight report of 100 %, but later on when the company reputation is calculated the passenger opion has changed
to 86 %. This seems wrong, and I hope some of you could help me fix this or tell me what I do wrong.

a high tiket price

passenger satisfaction is whats displayed on the mini report. its how happy the PAX are for this flight in particuler.

however company reputation is how much the people like your airline. try lowering the ticket price, if its one thing that pisses people off
today, its spending tomuch money.

I would have to agree with Timmy. Play around with your ticket prices to get the most pax when you get a bigger plane. Also, go into your
fsp setup and find the one that says "all planes have crew" and tell it yes. This way you can serve drinks and sandwichs on your teeny
weeny airline (aka TWA).

I think you are right, I changed my ticket prices and I gained an extra passenger and thereby increased my overall income and satisfied
