I know its prob been asked but i can't seem to find what i'm looking for. so i am new to this used FSP alot. Now i'm just wondering

The ATC reads USW408 etc etc is there a way to make it say like United 408 etc etc? seems like they take forever calling USW etc etc

Yes, find the box somewhere in the company set-up settings that says "use FSP callsign for ATC" and uncheck it; you will then be able to use the
standard FS ATC callsign.
