How do you disable auto belt sign?

I know this was asked a million times but how on earth do you actually get to the setup. Every thread I read said to go to setup. I can't find
anything that has to do with auto belt sign or food. My belt sign is set to auto and it remains off even during turbulence. Where do I exactly go in
the options to find this? I've checked everything and can't find it. ctrl+shift+b doesn't work when it's on auto.

Drop down the fspassengers menu. The 4th choice from the bottom is "setup". From there choose general setup, there are many pages
here so read carefully through each, this is where disableing lives. Happy hunting.
