Dont know what im doing wrong !

Hey guys, Ive had the demo for about a week, loved it so I bought the full version today, and Im still having the same problem as I did
before, Every landing im blowing out my left tire, my climb/descent was -400 speed was 140 in a Crj 400 i pitch 10degrees i dont know if
im going on the right approach speed or height idk what im doing wrong

What speed are you landing at?

his speed was 140 and descent rate -400.
That rate is a little too much . You have to go under (or over) that -400 to better than -300 . Then your tire won't blow out.

As DJ said, get the touchdowns to something around -300/ -200/ -100 etc

Approach at 135kts and for touchdown you should be going no faster than 130 with full flaps for touchdown. (do not go below 125kts though)

Okay thanks i'll try that ive been landing with flaps at 20degrees so maybe that could be the problem and as again the climb/descent rate.

Okay well I tried it full flaps climb/descent -300 speed 138 knots and i blew my left wheel again idk what im doing wrong!! :grr:

Okay so I was reading up on fsx on best way I can land heres what it says: "Hold 140 knots all the way down on final approach. Use small
power adjustments to stay on the glide path. Look for a descent rate of about 700 fpm". 700fpm?!?! ill blow my friggin tires! what can I do?!

Decent rate is very different, that is rate at which your approach is before you flare for touch down.

Exactly, and it's common sense. You would not approach the airport at the same speed you want to touch the ground, and vice versa. You are dealing
with two very different elements under the airplane at those two stages: Air, and land

Descending at 700 fpm is no big deal. Hitting the ground at 700 fpm is a completely different story.

Touchdown at something around -300/ -200 etc. Make sure YOUR Flying the approach & touchdown manually.

Approaching at 135-140 kts is around the maneuvering speed (full flaps), when your touching down no faster than 130kts (full flaps), you can go
anywhere between 130-125kts on touchdown.
