How do you hire pilots once you have started an airline?

I was flying with my only pilot in multiplayer when someone wanted to see how close they could get to me well they got a little to close and I crashed
killing my pilot. How can I hire another pilot without recreating it?

well you can always resurect your pilot , then you don't have to create a new pilot.

Nope, have to create new ones, or transfer them from other airlines.
