Incorrect point deduction

I have just done a flight with a perfect rating and 480 points I was a C9 and ready to go to C10 when up came a messgae as I logged the
flight that I have made too many errors and it has demoted me to a C8 and made all my points from positive to negative, what is going on
any ideas? Oh and just so you know, there was no errors repoted at any time and in teh final report again there are no errors!

I hear that there was a bug with the earlier version of FSP but it was supposed to have been sorted with the latest version which I have
installed!

Please can someone tell me where I can get the fix restoring to positive points.

Please can someone give me some guidance. I have legally paid fo rFSP and got others to do the same it would be nice if someone could not give me some guidance of how I can recover from the bug

I haven't experienced this myself, but I believe that when a pilot loses enough points to actually be demoted a level, the database gets pretty messed
up. I think its a bug in FSP. Once its been damaged, I think the only solution is to have someone fix it. Its a bummer, I know. You should always
keep the database backed up to protect against this sort of problem.
