Pushback Problem

Hi all. Upon pushing back from the gate a few of my aircraft (POSKY 737-800), the aircraft sinks to the right causing damage to the right main gear.
This only happens once I load up fspassengers . The result is the aircraft is is unbalanced while taxiing around the ramp.

Yes how do i correct this problem. The other aircraft that i fly don't have a problem with tilting to the right upon pushing back from the gate.
