va export problem connection failed error 404

I have tried to set up my va to export my flight reports, but I get a connection error 404. Here is my va config
infomenu_name=American
Virtual Airlines;
base_url=http://www.joinava.org;
path_stats=APS3/Public/FsP/FsPlistflight.php;
path_export=APS3/Public/FsP/FsPgetflight.php;
username=*******;
password=******;

Could you please let me know what could be causing it to read connection error not able to connect to website

I'm not very familiar with php, or the VA script. But doesn't a 404 usually mean the page doesn't exist?

Make sure the php script name is the exact same as it should be, and make sure it's in the correct area.

I.E. Localhost/public_html

(thats what it is on my FTP, idk if it varies with others.)
