Small queery about pilot transfer

If I have a fleet of planes and sell some to raise cash for say better upgrade I always get some cash in return

If I transfer a pilot from company A to company B there is a hefty price tag .. I think it cost me about $4 million bucks.
This S$ mill is taken out of Company A's funds BUT not one cent is given to the selling company B.

This seems a bit unfair since you have taken all that flying time , 35 hrs to train said pilot and get nothing in return.

A small point as I said .. just noticed this in a dual scenario I am trying.

The price is done to penalise you, hence why I believe your other company won't see any of it. It's to pay for training etc. Otherwise it would
be too easy to just create a bunch of companies and sell pilots to raise cash.
