Passengers waiting at the gate but none want to get on board ?? please help

I just bought the FSPassenger and I am trying to get the passebgers on board from my plane. Doesn't matter which plane I take.
Somehow I do not manage to getthem on board.

are you moving the sliders on the payload?

maybe you've set it to board for 20 mins, and there's only a few passengers? If so, you'll have to wait 20 mins.

or, you could always try 2 mins, or load promptly.

Use SHIFT + E
