FSP thinks I was flying to my departure airport

This was a first. I was flying KJAX to KEWR. I was 45 minutes ahead of schedule. That usually triggers a penalty; not this time. Any
suggestions on what happened here? The only thing that I can think of is that I originally set up for KMCO-KJAX. But I didn't start the flight
in FSP. Later reset FS9 with a new plane and KJAX-KEWR.
