FSPassenger problem with Manger menu

My manager menu barely shows the top options list. I can still click them but it does not show enough detail as to what it says. Thats a
minor problem. I have damaged the landing gear and it will not let me fly the plane until it is repaired. now the problem is it shows the
cost to repair but the click button to repair is not highlighted and will not work. All the buttons on that side of the menu are like that. I have
plenty of money to repair. I have loaded the update. I dont know if this problem existed with the original or the update or both. My only
option is to start a new company and hope to never damage the plane. any help will be appreciated

also i get random crashes. this is a new new powerful machine and should not have a problem i suspect it might be this program. I also
run nradar contact and mytrafiic2006 and activesky6 also

pentium 2.8ghz
1mb ram
256 mb Radeon X650 (i think)

I have successfully reloaded the program but never uninstalled first (could not find in uninstall program list)

Not very clear to me what you mean, can you post a screenshot of that particular screen please?
