Couple of questions

Is there any tools or any way of knowing how much fuel to use on a flight because i use the flight planner in FS2004 and I always run out
of fuel and the time it says it will take from one airport to the other in FS2004 flight planner is always wrong i always land late. And the
other day I took off and the landing gear wouldnt retract so I declared an emergency got the co pilot to set the squak to 7700 and the went
around and landed safely. On my flight report the passengers were mad because they didnt arrive at their destination and i got penalty
points for not declaring an emergency. Can anyone help? Thanks in advance.

3rd Q - to me, it sounds like you didnt actually call the emergency, as if you did, the destination would have been cancelled, can you post
the flight report?
