question bout problems in flight

Ok so I had a bird strike on t/o, I saved the engine and all, but in the process of worrying bout the engine I forgot bout flaps and execced
max flaps speed (yes I was going fast, first time it happened) When I landed I didnt get any bouns points for a successful landing with
and engine problem, only got slammed for flap damages etc, and a hefty repare fee, do you not get any bonus points for an emergency, if you cause problems along with problems you didnt cause?

Yes, but the bonus is far less that the expense. No net, you don't.

After losing an engine due to carelessness from not watching my Oil Temperature gauge, as I was on final approach into Seattle, my
number two engine on the A318 shut off, and luckily Boeing Field was right in front of me. I quickly turned to land there, and glided in
perfectly. On my final report, I lost 400 points for not having proper flaps extended for landing. If I had done that, I think I would've been way
too slow and probably stalled. My landing speed was perfect without flaps. So, I was a bit angry for that.

My in-flight problem had much more serious consequeces.

As i was lined up for landing, my co-pilot informed me that the gear had not fully extended. After trying the gear handle a few times and
attempting to manually extend the gear, I deaclared and emergency (called mayday), squawked 7700 and the flight attendant briefed and
prepared the pax for the emergency landing. I touched down 1500ft past the threshold (at 5kts above stall speed with a descent rate of
51fpm - accoding to the flight report).

The end result? Half of the passengers died, all of the others were injured, as was my pilot - and I now have a crash registerd against
the airline - dropping the reputation rating from 99% to 78%!!! The flight report also stated that I neglected to squawk 7700 even though
7700 was indicated on the transponder display!
