Drop down menu missing after loading

Okay, I am trying to demo the software but when I select the demo flight and it loads I have no drop down menu on the cockpit screen so I
can load passengers etc, and it will not let me right mouse click and unhide it. I am probably missing something really obvious but any
help would be appreciated.

Are you starting out of San Francisco International? Do you have the latest version of FsP installed?

As for drop down menu, are you refering to the menu at the top of the screen that shows up when you hit the Alt key?
