[Solved] Purchasing errors with firefox and/or opera

I decided to bite the bullet and buy FSP - it's a fantastic add-on and it's been a long time since I've seen something
home-produced that's
as well thought out and polished as this!

However, I got a string of errors back from the Klik & Pay website when I tried to buy it - I entered all the details and
went to the card entry
page, stuck all my details in, and got:

Règles de sécurité non respectées

L'une des conditions ci-dessous n'est pas respectée :

- Vous n'utilisez pas une URL Klik & Pay pour accéder à ce script
- Vous n'utilisez pas une URL sécurisée "https" pour accéder à Klik & Pay
- Vous n'utilisez pas la méthode "POST" pour envoyer les variables

So now I'm not sure whether the transaction has gone through anyway, or whether as I imagine, it's failed... I
couldn't do a lot about the first
and third options if my French is correct, they'd be to do with the way the script is called, but I could confirm that the
second was as it should
be, it was using https.

I was using Opera browser if that helps.

Anyone know if the ordering script is just broken, or whether Klik&Pay's page is just broken and only works with IE
or something?
I'm also unsure whether to order again or wait and see if any confirmation comes through - how long does it
normally take if it was going to
work?

Well, I know it works both with IE and Firefox. If you're not sure if you got billed or not (I don't think you did looking at the cut-&-paste you
provided), drop Dan an email. He should be able to help you out.

this is a typicall error that appear with firefox (might depend of the configuration of it)
I checked your payment wasn't registered, please try again with IE and it should work flawlessly.
Once you have read this I'll move this thread in the support forum.

I bought it via Klik&Pray with Firefox - no problems at all. And why should there be any?

I think it depend from the firefox user settings (cookie, security and such??)
but I'm not a firefox user so I can't tell what happen exactly.

Just to follow up, no problems purchasing with IE. For the record, I was using Opera, not firefox as the browser (not quite sure where
mention of firefox came from). Cookies are enabled, but having been looking at my Opera settings, I can see that I disabled referrer
logging while doing some web development, so that's probably the cause of the problem.

Odd. I see what you mean. But it definitely only had the subject of 'Purchasing errors' when I created it - perhaps the firefox bit came in
when Dan moved it into support and added '[Solved]'? Otherwise I'm stumped...

Ooop was me that added that because I had some report of payment not working with firefox
so I thouhgt it was the case here...

I think I'll add also "opera" in the title (as this forum is a reference to help people)
so people will find that it work with firefox/opera but that their setting may be an issue.
