[Solved] Sugestion - Overspeed

As I always fly in real weather conditions, it is usual to reach overspeed for a few seconds each time. Talking with real pilots, they told me that it
is usual everytime there is a wind direction change. I suggest that you count the time of overspeed duration and make a penalty only if the time goes
up to 10 seconds. Is it possible to do that?

The overspeed penalty is only bolted on if you exceed the Maximum Recommended Airspeed of the aircraft during flight for longer than 10 seconds
already. It's designed to stop people from flying the pants off the aircraft at M0.88 etc. for entire flights.
