Slow Service on board?

Hi everybody,
I'm new to this forum and this is my first post (like anybody cares =D )
When I let my cabin crew serve drinks etc to my passengers, it takes a very long time before they completed the whole plane.
For example, I fly with a 737 with 107 pax, it takes up to 30 minutes before they finish the whole aircraft.
Is it just me or is it very slow?

The time table was discussed during a long time with a real attendant that really serve things
aboard aircraft....

The first beta of FsP hade 10minutes serving time and he said it was completely wrong.
So I came with a table that we discussed and I think now it's close to the real things (he said)

Remember you have to serve drink and food in same time and that drink take a longer time
than food (again he make me change that because drink take a longer time to serve than prepared food)
