How to get payed more in short fligths ?

How does the company get payed more on short flight . For example does the load of the cargo have to do anything with it ? How does the load affects
the way you get paid in Fspassenger? By the way am using PMDG 747 . Some time i take short hop flights like for 1:30 minutes an i want to know how
can the company get paid more in short flights ? Please list some helpful tips

1. Don't fly a 747 for only an hour or two.
2. If you insist on this folly then fill up with people and cargo, NOT gas.

Take a B738 on the same route, and you'll eventually earn more.
