Registrationproblems

Hey guys!
I bought the box-version of FSPassengers in a local store about 5 years ago. Today i wanted to install FSPassengers again. The Registration worked
fine as 5 years ago, i could also found an airline and book a flight. But now..on the way to the Runway FSPassengers tells me that i havent bought
FSPassengers and closed immediately. What can i do?
