FsPassengers X Problem (64 bits)

I got a serius problem!

i install the Fspassengers x normaly but when i execute the Flight Simulator X, it sound a plane, then a lady saying enjoy fspassenger.

then it just stays on the splash screen(initial screen).

i tried a lot of things, i got Flight Simulator Acceleration, with SP1. my computer is 64 bits.

Please somebody help me!

Step 1: use the search function on the forums
Step 2: if nothing comes of using the search function, do a manual search through threads.
Step 3: Try the solutions outlined in all the other threads about FSP and 64 bit systems.
