CS-B707 inflight fuel??

Hi,

I was flying the B707 and i saw that tank 1 and i believe 2 were becoming empty, so i opened the valve for the reserve tanks to fill up these
tanks during the flight.

As soon as i do that, the fsp program says it's not allowed to do inflight fuelling....

anyone else has this issue and an idea how to allow the reserve tanks be opened without inflight fuelling error?

I also get this message when using this plane, as far as i have experienced, it does not block your fuel tanks from functioning. I get it in
mid-flight most of the time as I fly mostly with x-feed on.

Would having the crossfeed valve/s open throughout make any difference? I'm not familiar with the 707 (as that suggestion might indicate) so have no idea whether or not that's a good idea...
