You can't, unless you've bought specific add-on aircraft that have that function.

Plane...I take it you are just now starting out with FS9? You know, there is ALOT of information you can glean from visiting different forums
and even this forum...only if you do a search. How about using Google to search for "Walk & Follow" or "Active Camera"...
