Unhappy customers

On a flight from California to Hawaii by the time I had reached the coast and was progressing over the water, the customer satisfaction had reached
about 58% and never really got above that.
I was flying the high altitude airways from Sac Intl so my route was a about due west to SFo and then a dogleg down to Santa Barbara and then due west
towards the islands.
There was no turbulence, weather was good. They were being fed, liquored up and were watching a movie. It was a 747 so they had all the comforts of
home. I felt like I was flying a pile of in-laws!
What can I do to make em happy?

Put on a adult movie

No, maybe you have flew some inverted Bank Angles, or there were to many G's for them to handle.
Or maybe they didn't like that one passenger keept that window open

I know how you feel. I just did 4.3 hrs. in a Baron, yes, there was hunger, but i didn't even get the long flight bonus. I am getting less and
less happy with FSxP.

As I said, everything was just perfect. No inverted banks. No turbulence. No excessive "G's". From the beginning, the flight couldn't have gone any
better. There was a private movie room for the adults and I even duct taped the chronic window opening passenger to his seat!
So seriously, what gives?

Well, this is an anomaly to me. Usually when I have a good flight, the passengers are pretty satisfied. Although they are pretty wussy when it comes
to turbulence!
I'm thinking there is something I can do but maybe not.

You might want to upload the flight report. That might help figure out what happened. Or not.

Nope, although I was going to put it on just to see what would happen. Right before I opened the doors at 37K!
Interestingly, this happened once before but it started when I accidentally hit the air brake and momentarily put the aircraft into a roller coaster
ride. The satisfaction went from a solid 100% to about 60% and stayed there the rest of the trip but I aced the landing and was on time to the minute
and all was forgiven.
Time to recreate the flight and see what happens.

I know what your problem was, it's obvious! You were flying in the USA. Not a damn thing you do there will make a plane load of
passengers happy.

thats why i think i would rather fly Cargo sometimes

but useally my FSP flights are 90% or above

I may have just encountered something that could cause your problem; was flying PHNL-KSFO in a default FSX B744 when about two minutes into climbout
the pax satisfaction drops like a stone to 56% (yes there had been a bit of turbulance rotate etc), but on looking at the in-flight report it told me
that 'destination had been cancelled'. I don't know if there's a hotkey combo for cancelling a destination, as I've always gone and done it
through the menu when I've had a problem that's required a divert.

Very interesting Whiskey. I didn't think to look at the in-flight report during the flight.
Like I said, I think it's time to do a recreation and see what happens. Maybe I hit the wrong button and inadvertently canceled the flight or something.
