Flaps during take-off

Maybe it's somewhere explained here but I couldn't find it. How can I disable this "wrong" flap setting during take-off? I'm flying with the Beech
Baron 58 which does not require flaps during take-off. Please advise. I tried at aircraft&settings with force disable but didn't work.

I assume this is in FS9? Or FSX? Go the FAQ for more information:

I was talking about FSX, but I guess this is the same in both versions!?

in FsX in payload dialog go to "Flight & Aircraft setting" you'llfind it here.
