Was only me and Tracker.
Here is my cute new TurboProp plane.. just today downloaded from http://www.flightsim.com (very new was uploaded 16.dec.2008 if I dont err file: mu2l321x.zip ) Mitsubishi MU-2 Marquise (Mitsubishi build planes.. !?) ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() I am in love! ![]() Looks good (the form I like) ..flys good! just the Virtual Cockpit could be a bit better... As HB knows I set forward to scout ahead to Meigs..... Meigs is snowed in right now with mod snow falling....... Im just 50Nm from final now so in for a heap of fun WT-style ![]()

Was just checking for the Mitsubishi MU-2 on youtube and found an interesting video.
Watch the nice take off airport! (and watch the landing ...where was that 280meter airstrip again? This leg was definitely one I didn't want to miss, but I'm in KATL this week celebrating Christmas with family of course
![]() leave until early Tuesday afternoon but got to fly part of the leg Tuesday a.m. The left engine decided to quit on me at FL250(using Aeroworx King Air). Never saw any changes in engine temps or oil pressure,etc. Must've been so slight that it couldn't be detected with this airplane ![]() @Tracky...I did one of those hops to Meigs on Monday night...didn't make it in due to heavy snow and 1/4 mi. vis with heavy winds. I gave up ![]() @HB...I've got to grab that Mu-2...looks good! I know Mountain Air Cargo very well...I fly with those guys fairly often ![]() I won't be around for Sat's flight either. Not coming home till Sunday. Merry Christmas!

![]() I made it in to Meigs with Connie despite 1/2 mile vis and heavy snow ![]() Just checked weather there now and its raining so not much fun now. Why do you think I planned on doing the Northern US around this time of year ![]()

It would have been nice if I had 1/2 mi vis when I tried the landing
